There are many Frequently Asked Questions by patients:

1)  What are The IHC's hours of business?

The IHC's practitioners work anywhere from 10am-9pm M-Sat depending on your practitioner.  Please leave a message with the IHC as to the appointment time you are looking for.  We will do our best to find a time that works best with your schedule.

2)  Where is the IHC located?

Please check under the New Client Forms area of the site - there is a download with specific directions from whatever direction you are coming from.

3)  What can I expect in the first session?

The first session gives your practitioner a chance to get to know you and assess your condition.  This is an opportunity for you to check out the therapist and decide if you can begin to trust this person in order to work together.  Many questions will likely come up during the first session, but this is an opportunity to connect and understand one another. 

4) What forms of insurance does the IHC take and what if I don't have insurance?

The list of insurances the IHC does take can be found in the About us section.  The IHC takes cash or check only for copays and/or session fees.  Please speak to your practicioner about the IHC's sliding scale fee depending on your situation and if you don't have insurance.
5) How long are the sessions?
The sessions are generally 45-60 minutes in length.
