ACTIVELY LETTING IT BE - An Online Self-Monitored Class to Practice At Home

Presented by Dr. Lisa Templeton, Ph.D.

 

Actively Letting It Be is an on-going online experiential course presented by Dr. Lisa Templeton, Ph.D.  Teaching from her published book, Letting It Be: Mindful Lessons Toward Acceptance, Dr. Lisa will address how to BE with various topics allowing for more mindful awareness, freedom, self-knowledge, and peace.  Her book recently became a 2018 INDIES Book of the Year Award Finalist!

The class will aid in working with grief, loss, change, anxiety/depression, as well as chronic pain and offers an inspirational opportunity to learn and grow spiritually with yourself and connect with others.   

Pay for one month or for the whole class!

Month One – Actively being wherever you are and being in the moment with your observer 

Month Two – Actively being with your breath, your body and holding both with love 

Month Three – Actively being with yourself more deeply being with thoughts and emotions

Month Four – Actively being with your mindful choices and self-care needs

Month Five – Actively being with God and the essence of life and being with humility

Month Six - Being of joyful service and being active in creating our dreams

 

 The online course offers a 30-minute teaching video, an audio meditation, and 2 emails (with reminders) per month for 6 months!  Take the full course or try just one month!

Dr. Lisa's Countertransference Seminar will be held again in the fall.  If you are a health care professional, please check out this amazing seminar to help therapists learn to
"own our own shit."
 
This is a loving, healing, and non-judgmental environment that allows for education of transference and countertransference issues, as well as applying this knowledge to current cases and understanding what we are clinicians are bringing to each session with each patient.
